I started out 22+ years ago as a therapist and energy worker. Over time I began to work with many soulful and sensitive entrepreneurs around nervous system regulation, anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, procrastination and self-sabotage. Being a soulful entrepreneur is not easy and it can be a lonely journey.
Over the years and hundreds, maybe thousands, of clients, I developed a unique and powerful process that merges psychology, coaching and nervous system rewiring to bring about a profound shift in life and business. I help my clients find the clarity, confidence and creativity they need to finally step into the life they were born to live and find fulfillmentI, as they create the impact and income they desire and deserve.
