Here is a little about me. I am an author (click here to see my Amazon author's page), a licensed Marriage and family therapist, an expansion expert and strategist with 18+ years experience. I Have studied and explored the process of personal healing and transformation, on my own and with clients for 20 years. I bring all that I have learned and experience into my work.

 I developed a unique and powerful process that merges psychology, coaching and nervous system healing and rewiring to bring about a profound shift in life and business. I help my clients find the clarity, confidence and creativity they need to finally step into the life they were born to live and find success and fulfillment for good. 

 

 I guide and support individuals, mainly soulful entrepreneurs and transformational leaders, to release and heal all the limitations, pain and traumas that keep them bound, and help them reclaim their most authentic self and become the most powerful force in their life.

 

My years of experience, as well as my own struggles, have taught me that contraction turns into expansion with the right process and that success and happiness are our birthright and the road there can be easeful and delightful.
