I am a published author, licensed psychotherapist, healer and intuitive business growth alchemist.
I started out almost 20 years ago as a therapist and energy worker. Over time I began to work with many soulful and sensitive entrepreneurs around anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, perfectionism, procrastination and self- sabotage. Being a soulful entrepreneur is not easy and it can be a lonely journey.
As I grew my practice, I invested in my own mentorship around marketing, copywriting, and sales training, then began to include that in my work as well.

Q: How is this program different from any other programs?
If you have struggled to fill your healing or coaching practice, you're not at fault. You are probably following marketing strategies that either no longer work in this post-Covid world or that are completely out of alignment with you. This program does not rely on any fancy funnels, draining launches or expensive ads. The strategies taught are low tech, simple to follow and high touch, which is what most soulful entrepreneurs want and are good at and it is what people long for nowadays, an authentic and deeper connection. ​

This program includes everything you need to succeed, I literally teach you what I do, unlike coaches who run ads but then teach how to fill your programs through organic marketing. You will have access to trainings on business fundamentals, content creation, soulful sales and simple step by step marketing strategies, and bonus trainings on soulful sales and energetic alignment and mindset, so you can succeed with more ease.

Q: Will I need crazy, complicated tech or to spend money on ads?
The simple answer is no! You will need a Facebook or Instagram account. You will need Zoom or a way to get on calls with potential clients and a way to take payments. And you might need a simple email platform for people to opt in to your email list. (I recommend Convertkit)

I also use Streamyard to go live in multiple places at once, but that is absolutely not necessary. And I use Thrivecart with Stripe to create simple sales pages and take payments (again not something you need). I spend less than $75 a month to run my business, still to this day and don't run any ads, everything is organic. Growing your business can be simple and inexpensive.

Q: What is the support like? How much access do I get to Ilsa?
I am committed to your success, so I made sure to include plenty of support for the investment. Participants can receive custom support and mentoring on the Q&A calls and on the 1:1 calls with me. In-between the calls I will show up in the Facebook group during the week to interact and answer questions.

Yes, as long as you are willing to do the work. The amount of ongoing support will also allow you to use this program in a way that will be helpful to you and to get what you need individually.

Q: How quickly can I expect results?
That depends on each person, where they are at in their business and how quickly and well they implement the strategies. Many see a significant difference in their audience growth within the first month, a significant difference in the quality and quantity of client interactions within two months, and some clear positive changes in their sales process, client enrollment and income within three to four months. Quite a few make back their investment and more in less than 60 days. The goal is that at the end of our work, your business and results will be significantly improved.

Q: How much time will the program take?
That depends on you. Most of the strategies I will show you can be done in an hour or less a day. How much time you spend going over the material and applying it is up to you. The more time you spend implementing the more results you will see.

Q: When are the live group calls and are there replays?​
The Q&A Coaching Calls are held the first and third Friday of the month at 11AM PST ( 12PM MST; 1 PM CST; 2PM EST & 7PM London Time)- Replays are normally posted that same day or within 24 hours. Calls usually last up to 90 minutes depending on how many show up and how many questions there are.

Q: Is there a guarantee?
Any time you invest time and money to work with a mentor, there is a risk. Right? What if it doesn't work? But I know that what I am going to teach you works. How do I know? Because after Covid hit and online got really busy, I tweaked my marketing and tripled my business in one year. Clients who were not getting any traction started booking 3 + calls a week and making money, all of that with the exact strategies I am going to teach you, that by the way I am still using. Between the step by step strategies and bonus sales and mindset trainings and the 1:1 support, I know it will transform you, your business and client enrollment process. That being said, given the low investment point of this program and the short term length, I cannot include a guarantee.
