"Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by
integration of the contraries.”
- Carl Gustav Jung
A Brief Introduction
My name is Ilsa Comte Adair and I am pleased to welcome you on my site. For over ten years I have helped people transform, open and heal. My work, either through my writing or in working with people directly, is an unrelenting and friendly invitation to come back to center and discover who you are. Through countless first-hand examples and years of personal practice, I discovered that our most difficult circumstances and our greatest challenges hold the key to our healing and unfolding.
Through pointed and skillful conversations, Self-inquiry, as well as tried and true guided explorations, I help my clients disentangle, heal and integrate unresolved pain and shed outgrown positions while guiding them back to Wholeness. Through these age old practices, I help people discover who they are prior to and beyond their outworn beliefs, their limiting stories and roles, their grief, anger, anxiety and traumas.
As people shed and release what was never originally theirs and what is no longer beneficial, they begin to rediscover what is innate and authentic to them; an ease of being, a sweet freedom, a sense of openness, joy and spontaneity, an inner knowing and intuition they can trust and rely on, as well as a deep sense of peace and wholeness. As clients slowly unravel what keeps them bound, they discover that all these innate qualities were always already present, hidden under the muck of their pain and conditioning, waiting to be recognized and rekindled. The last phase of my work is in helping folks to simply stay open to their own wisdom and find new ways to intimately connect and be with themselves and their lives.
My work, both privately and in group settings, is personalized, dynamic and compassionate. Whether you are looking to work through a difficult transition in your life or on Anger, Anxiety or Self-discovery, I can help!
